Hoping someone can point me in the right direction...
I've got a replacement Series 3 Apple Watch (cellular) and am trying to get it activated on Number share, however I'm stuck in a loop where I try to activate it via my iPhone but it sends me to the Customer care number. I call them at Customer care and they say to do it via the phone (and then reset iPhone and Apple Watch; which does not work BTW).
Can anyone help out as I'm keen to get working again?

Customer care really should be better than that. They need to completely deactivate your number share service in the backend (this isn't something you can do yourself through the app). Once that completes, then it's over to you to (re)activate the number share on your new watch
