I have been trying endlessly today to set up my Apple Watch series 3 Cellular mobile data but with no luck. I have ordered this many of times through the app, but I keep getting sent “There's been a hiccup with your Optus Number Share activation request. Try again after 4 hours. For more info www.optus.com.au/NumberShare”. I tried live chat and spoke to 3 people, the first one told me to unpair and uninstall the app, which I did. I reinstalled it and re-paired it, but it’s still coming up saying “no mobile data plan”.
On the App under the Watch, Mobile Data, it now says I have 4 Optus plans not in use.
Just a little frustrating I must say! Can someone from Optus help me with this please????
