Can anyone please confirm the process of transferring a data plan from an old Apple Watch to a new one?
Do I go to the watch app on the old watch, then Mobile > Remove Optus Plan
Then when I get the new watch, just go into the watch app again and add data plan?
Or do I need to transfer the data plan via Optus customer service?
You need to go via customer service. They need to deativate it on their end then you set it up fresh on your new watch
