Apple IPad Pro

Ordered iPad Pro on the 18th. Got zero info so contact Optus several times to find out how my order was going. I’m autistic and uncertainty is difficult and I need this device. I was given an eta of the 23rd. Contacted again when I received no tracking advice and told no it won’t be the 23rd it’s on back order. Today I’m told my order was declined and that there’s no further stock so I can’t get it. So I’ve spent $300 on accessory’s for this device that is apparently no longer available but still listed as available on the website and available to purchase.

Have you tried following up with the Sales Team? You can live chat with them at http://yesopt.us/chat2us  I suspect as Apple are about to release new model's of the Pro's in the next few weeks, there is a shortage stock of the current models. Best bet would be to speak with Sales to see if they have an ETA for back order.
