An internal server error has occurred.

Hi I'm trying to switch to paperless but I need to link my account to my phone first. I can't link my account as once I have finished all the steps I get the error message 'An internal server error has occurred'.

 

Any help please?

It's been a week now and I still haven't heard anything. I want to stop paper bills being delivered to me.
