So in October I Lee ordered iPhone x
was told wait a week or two and I’d have it

Friday last week it will be delivered Monday
Monday comes status hadn’t changed contacted optus
wait until 4 pm it’s coming today
4pm comes back to Optus oh sorry not sure why it was delayed it will be there tomorrow
tuesday comes still no change
back to Optus oh we can’t see any more than you this isn’t our problem contact startrack
startrack well we can’t tell you where it is until driver scans it for delivery
so basically no one is responsible for orders and customers just have to wait for a miracle
Update Optus got the suburb wrong for my order (even this my delivery address is same as my billing address) apparently maybe tomorrow or Thursday I’m betting this won’t happen
It does seem like they're closing in on your location.

No Marie even after I was promised it would be today now online chat says might be next week and you’ll just have to wait. This is beyond a joke now. I have screenshots of a chat on Tuesday promising me delivery will be today but again another promise Optus isn’t keeping @Marie
