upgrading

upgraded from sim only plan (out of contract) to $89 Promo Plus plan with iPhone 11 handset. was told once the phone turned up i would put the sim in and the new phone would start up and the new plan would kick off. So far i have followed the directions but nothing has updated. My yes Optus app still showing my old plan. When can i expect the new plan to kick in and update? Thanks in advance

The Optus App is on a totally different PC so probably hasn't been updated yet. You've signed up to to a new deal (and so has Optus btw) so enjoy.
