i bought a phone from optus but my sim card is from another carrier. when i put my simcard in pops up asking for a "network unlock PUK" where do i get that puk code from. when i bought the phone it wasnt on my account.

Hi @Chewwie1443 - More than happy to lend a hand with this. Would you be able to send a private message with your mobile number, full name and DOB? We can find out what your PUK code is.
