no mobile data

Hi I have a optus x smart but Ican not use apps on mobile data sim works in other phone any help welcome

Hi there.

 

Are you able to access websites with the web browser, or is there completely no data at all?

 

You may need to reset the network settings to ensure the correct "APN" is set, this tells your phone where to connect to the data network with Optus. Do you know how to change this?
