I've just changed from Optus Prepaid to Southern phones post paid
I can make phone calls, cant use mobile data and can sent receive txt.
Please any help. My mother is in palitive care and I contact family vis TXT all the time.
what is the message centre number maybe that is incorrect

This is something you'll need to speak to Southern Phone about as they're your current provider. If there has been an issue with the port of your service they'll use internal teams to work with us on resolving those.
