lost password

Hello. I have lost the password to my secondary account email. Can you please help. Sending a temporary password to this email won't help as I cannot open this email address to retrieve it. My lost password belongs to my hidden account. My main email address is: hidden

We can't send temporary passwords out from our side. I'd really suggest messaging is via the My Optus app.

It'll be your best bet. 

You won't receive a response right away, but they'll get back to you as soon as they can. 

Once we've sent out a temporary password, you'll need to follow our email password reset instructions.
