Re: iheart radio no longer free

Iheart radio was not part of your mobile contract but just a bonus offering until withdrawn.

Hi,

You'll need to provide complete sentences for assistance.

Re: iheart radio no longer free

Hi there anbacoma25,

If you had a plan until Feb 2019 you would be out of contract now?

Please see iHeartRadio Changes and some customers depending on their contract situation looked to be receiving an extra 10GB as a result of this change.

Re: iheart radio no longer free

@Ray_YC ,

Perhaps you could clarify the iHeart Radio changes FAQ for me? It seems to say that if you signed up BEFORE May 2018 you can get the free 10Gb for the remainder of your 24 month contract? But if you signed up AFTER then then you are out of luck? Why do almost 3/4 of customers miss out on the compensation? Unless I'm reading it wrong?
