Just got an Oppo phone AX5s- looking to add my optus email to this but under "accounts and sync" it does not seem to have an email option- has aqua mail ?
Hmm not too sure I'm afraid SimoneDen6865 as we don't have that phone listed in our Device Manuals as per our Set up email on your mobile page.
You could try selecting another Oppo model in case the set up is similar.
If necessary and convenient you could try an Optus store.
