Another annoyed optus customer,new iphone 7,have contacted optus countless time over live chat as wifi calling never working,VOLte turned on,wifi calling on,have tried hard/soft rebooting and everything else optus recommended but still not working and yes have full bars wifi signal,working in remote area,it did however work once last swing,but as usual have no way to contact my family.My mates telstra service works fine with wifi.
