This is the 3rd time i have ordered a phone online with optus and the 3rd time they have stuffed it. 1-5 days i was told. When it got to 14 days i made contact and was told another 1-2 days. Now im at 22 days and still no phone. Not once have i been contacted to tell me that they are out of stock or a reason for the delay.
