Incoming landline numbers in Adelaide only to my mobile are going straight to Voicemail. My mobile isn't ringing, nor registering a missed call. The Optus help staff located interstate have successfully called my mobile. When I use my landline to call my mobile it goes straight to Voicemail, my mobile doesn't ring, nor is there a missed call message. Wtf ? I need to be able to be contacted, I'm trying to obtain employment. Sometimes people do leave a message, in which I get a notification.

The first thing I would do is to try a replacement SIM card. If you have an Optus shop close by pop in I ask them for one and ask them to activate it for you.
