I had a new phone. Setting up voice mail I entered a name as was requested. I realize now that I made an error. How do I change that name now?
Also I was sent a sms with 6 digit PIN from Optus. But during set up the recorded message suggested a 4 digit PIN. Are they both one and the same. I am confused.
To get to my message bank I apparemtly have to set it up. Is this a must ? Can I just keep it as is i.e. the way it is formatted on a new phone (standard format). If so how because so far I was unable to bypass that and get through to the messages.
