Voice Mail changed since VOLTE activated on Mate 10 PRO
When a voice mail is left for me it no longer goes to my 321 voice mail but instead I get a txt msg advising to click/tap to hear your msg. I want to revert to the "traditional" method. Any adice would be appreciated as I am not satisfied with this new method that seems to have occurred after VOLTE was installed/configured.

Simply chat with billing customer service and get them to reactive normal voicemail for you, then you can go back to dialling 321.
