So my wife and I have upgraded our phone and telco to Samsung S10+ and Optus.
The phones have arrived and all looks great, except one key thing..... video calling.
We actually used video calling often with our old provider using our S8+. But for some reason, I can't find the vedio calling option on our S10+.
If Optus doesn't support vedio calling, why haven't they stated this, when customers buy or thinking about coming over to their network or buying a phone?
Other telcos have this feature on their S10+.....

I don't believe native video calling works unless something has changed since the post below. You make a valid point about not being advised of this however I don't know what can be done about that if anything. I guess you could write a complaint and ask to exit the contract without penalty.

The CIS states this on pretty much all s10/+ plans
What’s not included
Your monthly calls, text and data cannot be used overseas
and do not include calls to directory assistance, video calling,
premium numbers or content charges.
So the plan does not include video calling included, does not say its not included though.
Video Calling is not included in any advertising material at all, unless you went into a store and stated that you HAD to have video calling - not much luck with that.
Numerous apps such as skype can do video calling (via data).
