What's the best Optus deal to upgrade to Note 8, pls?

What best value plan?

Any extra memory, freebies, etc?

Re: Upgrading to Galaxy Note 8

Currently out of stock at Optus

Sort of depends on where you're at and what you want.

What do you mean 'upgrade?' Are you on a plan already? How much data do you like?

The current promo looks good IMO. 25Gb of data for $79 a month with phone included.

Best SIM only offer is $40 for 15Gb. You can buy the Note 8 for around $1000 (or $40 a month)

So the promo does seem well priced.

Regards

Re: Upgrading to Galaxy Note 8

The 'out of stock' is not the issue, here,

neither is the choosing of a Plan (!).

"Upgrading" means replacing the old S6 Edge

with a new Note 8, as I wish.

I am glad to hear we agree on the current Promotion ($79/mnth.).

Pity Optus can not fulfill the order,

even with the two week delay I consented to,

because their System won't accept

my chosen delivery address.

How pathetic.

Re: Upgrading to Galaxy Note 8

Hey Tomek, did you happen to receive a call back from one of our agents yesterday afternoon? I received an email back from a colleague advising that they'd touch base with you over the phone. He seemed confident that he'd be able to organise the Note 8 handset for us.

Re: Upgrading to Galaxy Note 8

No, not a boo, yet.

I prefer email, rather than a phone-call, pls.

(Unable to talk most of the day...)

Cheers;

PS:

The sales agents on "CHAT" need to be trained

in more effective communications

and how to close a sale,

as well as how not to be robotic, but more like a human.

Last time I ventured there (Thurs.22/02/18, with "Alexis K", on record),

the transaction failed because my delivery address was different to my billing address... (Gee-wizz!)

Once again, how can I help you, Optus..?
