Is the process reasonably self explanatory following a hard reset?
Any Guidance please.

Yes updates are normal trouble free but should not require a hard reset. Why is it asking for a hard reset?

Hey @3007 - from my understanding, you should just be able to jump into your settings on the handset directly to perform the software update. Could I ask if you've managed to do this or if you were having any issues here?
