Two mobile contracts expired and still paying $40 per month. What do I need to do?
What happens when mobile phone contract expires? We are on My Basics plan with home phone/broadband (suppposed to be $60 per month but fluctuates) plus two mobiles on $40 My Plan Plus. One mobile contract expired in November 2017 and the other just expired March 2019. I didn't get notification that either plan expired. So I have been paying $40 per month since Nov 2017 after contract expired on one mobile. Should I still be paying $40 per month for each mobile, as phones are paid off now? What am I paying for? Don't want to get stuck on phone for hours trying to get an answer.
