Q. How do I track my order?

A. You can track the progress of your order by heading to
Optus.com.au/welcome. Remember, you’ll receive an SMS as soon as your order has been prepared for shipping. You’ll receive another SMS on the day your phone is due to be delivered.

Q. Who’s eligible to redeem the gift from Samsung?

A. Customers who purchase the new the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G on a device SIM plan between the 15/01/21 – 28/01/21 from an eligible channel.

Q. How do I redeem the gift with purchase offer?

A. Follow the steps below to claim your gift from Samsung:

1. Once you’ve received your device, head to the Samsung redemption portal.
2. Complete the form with your contact, details, including your preferred mailing address, you’ll also need to provide the following:
   • Proof of purchase (page 1 and 2 of your contract)
   • IMEI of the device
3. After successfully completing the redemption form, you will receive a claim number via email and your Buds will be sent to your delivery address. Please allow up to 30 days for your Buds to arrive.

Note: You will will be able to redeem your gift once you’ve received your device from the 25^th of Jan 2021. The gift redemption period ends on the 22^nd March 2021.
