I ordered a tablet with a plan last week and was given a temporary order number. I still haven't been told if my order was approved or what is going on with it. I cant get live chat to work and i'm concerned that my order has been lost somehow
Have you tried the live chat built into the Optus app? The live chat on the first link below is what I normally use.
