Sim doesn't work after 4 hours

Hello, I am having a problem, sim not activating. On phone it is showing OPTUS, and have signal bars, but cannot send or receive. It has been over 4 hours, and I keep turning phone on and off. I tried to activate again, but I have a message that activation is under way. Help me, please!

We are currently having internal system issues which are causing delays to order processing, including activation orders. We're working on this as a high priority and hope to have it resolved shortly.
