Hello.
My Samsung J7 Pro could not receive texts and calls but it can make a call. I have reset my phone to its factory settings already but it did not solve the problem. Is it possible that the problem is with the sim or the network?
Please kindly advise what to do. Thank You.
Hey @Freyahfarah - It's not ideal to hear that there is some issues with the J7 Pro.
Usually, you'd have an issue with the network if both incoming and outgoing calls were present. As it is just incoming and text that are an issue, I'm more inclined to think that this is a phone issue.
However, I'd recommend popping into your local Optus Store and having this looked into. Depending on the exact extent of issue, they can replace the SIM or have it sent away for assessment for you.
