Sending from optusnet email accs from Samsung Email app in S10

I've set up my optusnet accounts on my new S10 using the Samsung Email app, and they're working fine at receiving.

however today discoered they won't send - error message says 'email provider thinks they're spam' (they're not, and have tried a few different things to avoid any hint of it). Is this expected? what can be done!

If the messages are coming from Optus mail servers you might want to try removing any signatures you have in your mail. I think the default Samsung app ads a footer message and link automatically and this can be turned off in the settings. Failing that you can try sending a message to mailblockreview@optusnet.com.au and ask them why you are blocked.
