Hi @Razzalj, not great to see you're experiencing this issue with your device. I recommend sending our technical teams a message via the My Optus App so they can take a closer look into this for you.
Another option would be to take your phone into an Optus Store so our staff can check that out for you. If you do have another mobile, I suggest trying your SIM in that phone and test sending a message. That will let you know if it's an issue with the device or with the mobile service.

Thanks Jack. I've tested with my old mobile and MMS is also not working (but had been previously). What would you suggest - still contact the Optus technical team - or do a reset?
You're welcome @Razzalj, thanks for checking that. As MMS isn't working with your old phone, that would suggest either a network issue in your area or an error impacting your individual service.
Please check our Network Status to see if any network outages are reported for your location. If no issues appear there, I would then recommend sending our technical teams a message via the My Optus App so they can take a closer look at your service.
