So I have been billed numerous times by some mob called Top 10! I do not know who they are and have never subscribed to anything. I have been a loyal customer with Optus for years, but you really need to get your act together and stop this billing scam on your customers. I have heard it is quite widespread, you really need to be protecting your customers from these scammers. I want a full refund of this extra billing or I will be contacting Fair Trading to investigate the involvement of Optus in this scam!!

Optus will stop passing on these fees in January.
Until then, contact Optus directly (this is a public forum)
1. Send STOP to the numbers involved
2. Ask Optus to set your PREMIUM SMS LIMIT to $0
3. Say you did not order the service and request Optus dispute the fees with the provider.
Optus will do this and should recredit your account in a week or so.
