On 26th March 2018 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 9 plus handset through Virgin Mobile. The phone has developed a fault so need the proof of purchase to get the repair under warranty.
My Virgin Mobile account number is 712 4418 323.
I have tried contacting Virgin but their call centre is disrupted due to Covid 19.
I desperately need the phone repaired to allow me to work from home. Is this something you can help me with? If so could you please email me the proof of purchase as soon as possible.

You will need to go via Virgin Mobile, they are providing e-mail support at the moment.
