Phone freezes at yes optus logo?

Every time I try to turn on my phone, it just freezes at the yes optus logo. I have a OPPO F1S. Please help.

I have tried rebooting twice and it still freezes. 

I also tried fastbooting(?) I didnt know what it was but I was desperate to turn it on lol

Have you tried Chrome, or are you using the browser that came with it?

??? I cant even go on chrome or on any browser, my phone turns on and freezes at the yes optus logo

Pull the SD card out. Try again.

Can a PC see anything inside it, if you hook it up via USB?

Try OPPO safe mode boot.

If that doesn't work, you may have to hard reset the OS and reinstall it.

Smiley Sad yeah the usb debug thing is off, its on charge only and i cant change because it has to actually turn on.

I think the sd isnt removable like the battery. I tried the safe mode and it didnt change the normal startup when I pressed and held the bottom volume key. Also, hard reset it also one of the first things I did.
