Optus owes me $186.90 account number 62117319608 and while I have it in writing from them that I am owed thus, I just got more bills emailed to me. Their customer service on this has been quite disgusting, I am appalled at the poor quality shown in this. After a lengthy ordeal dealing with them to get to this point, only for my cheque not to show up and a new bill to arrive instead, is the TIO the only option left at this point?
