Optus SMS issue - anyone with similar problem


Neither my partner nor I send text messages to my sister in the USA. I can call her. She can text me. I can text her with another phone on Telstra. This has been going on since April and Optus has reneged on two promises to investigate within 48 hours

Your other post advises you are with Virgin Mobile for your service. Do you mean your partner is with Optus?
