Hy guys, I've forwarded the details across to the app team. 

 

I've tested a colleagues S8 with Android 8.0 & the latest version of the MOA - 4.21.1

 

The widget seems to be working fine.

Might just be a problem on huawei p10 phones.

Hmm, the OP confirmed he was using an S7 Edge.

 

The app team haven't recevied any further reports (other than what I've sent them).

 

They'll keep an eye out.

Same problem for me since the update.

 

- Samsung Note 9

- Android 8.1

- App version 4.21.1

I've just bought an huawei Mate 20 Pro as well and the my optus widget curently just shows the following - 

'Currently you can only add one widget".

I have the same problem. Phone is a S8+. Problem started after the last update to the My Optus app.

Same issue for me on a Huawei mate 10 pro started happening after the last optus app update

For me the issue was fixed by deleting the My Optus app completely, re downloading it and signing again. I then just had to pick the right number (I have two numbers on my account) and then re adding the widget. Hope this helps.

I can confirm that reinstalling the app fixed my issue
