My Phone Order

Hi 

 

My sister ordered a Samsung S8 Plus Gold today and made an error on her plan she made so she fixed it with an Optus Sales person on Live Chat on the App. They never gave a new tracking number so she assumed its the same tracking number but just checked and found her order is cancelled. Is it actually cancelled and wasted her time on Optus Sales Live Chat or does she have a new order number? If new order number can I have it for her please.

Suggest you wait a few days and the s8 will likely tun up with all the paper work.
