I cannot log in to my optus app as error message keeps coming up'sorry not enough infomation '

Are you able to login to My Account?

Maybe do a password reset there?

Unfortunately, you will need to contact customer care to have this resolved 😞
There is a long wait time on the phone -  suggest that you contact through Facebook.
The most likely reason for this is that incorrect data was used for email address or DB when your account was migrated to the new billing system.
