My phone has same problem. It is a disaster, cant contact Samsung US, only through FB messenger and they plead ignorance or are just plain stupid. Kogan sold the US model and reply to emails but so far no help. I am requesting a replacement phone from them as they have sold a phone with problems that cant be fixed within Australia. All troubleshooting does not work. Samsung Aus cant help saying it is a US phone. I need a phone that functions.

this morning I've recieved a message via twitter from Samsung Australia and they told me that the company has released a new update that may solve this issue to Samsung users based in australia
Go to settings in your phone and check for last updates, there's a new one!
Btw, I¿m very happy with the samsung's costumer care via twitter. They were very kind and they replied to all my questions
I just checked and the update was there.
I have applied it and it appears to have worked. I have a S9 bought from Kogan.

Haven't installed the problem update as I saw this post.... Has anyone got the fix released a few days ago and still having the issue? Want to check before I update that it's definatley fixed
