Thanks buddy! Just comparing the camera app version numbers to the 178 (latest update) it seems our optus one isnt far behind Smiley Happy

9.0.0.309 is the latest.

You can go to your apps page in setting and look at the camera app info there.

Strangely enough according to XDA forums. The version of camera app we get with our ota doesn't have the new AI colour feature Smiley Sad

Mine is also 9.0.0.305

I am using firmware 9.0.0.206 and had a small update from Optus today.

I wonder if I go with .178 it will keep the optus VoWiFi???

Can anyone confirm that we don't have AI colour feature on our camera app??

I'm tossing between updating officially or go with the 178 update using XDA methods. If I do that will I get future updates through optus (if there ever will be more from optus) 🤔🤔

I have an AI colour feature on video, not fixed stills though.

although I now have the update, I'm still EXTREMELY dubious about the Huawei and Optus relationship, and the effect it will have on future updates. Will we have to wait another 5 months for a single update??

Hopefully now that Optus would appear to be able to have VoWiFi enabled on Huawei firmware it should not be a problem to continue the rollouts of further updates required. (if that was ever the real reason).

I was surprised that their .212 update did NOT include the March security patch. I can understand why my .206 is not SafetyNet approved.

Is the "regular" .212 update you received get a CTS mismatch?
