How do I redeem Samsung S10 ear buds offer?

Hi guys.  Ordered the Samsung S10+ this morning. An Optus sales team member informed me that I need to claim the "free" ear buds through Samsung.  How do I go about doing this?

The link provided doesnt go to the offer, it's just the sales page for samsung s10

I've also had no luck trying to redeem the offer.

I've been trying for 2 weeks.

Samsung have since taken down the page as I believe the offer has ended, or the period to claim the offer has.
