Forgotten code and email

Hi, I went back to use my old phone and couldn’t remember the code so I did a factory reset but it’s asking for my old email account too which I don’t remember since it was so long ago, how do I get into my phone? Is it just useless now?

Not much we can advise from an Optus point of view on that one, you'd likely need to contact the manufacturer of the phone.

You've posted in the Android board, if it's a Samsung they have Live Chat support on their website.
