Cannot send emails. Able to receive emails

I need my Optus email for business purposes. I cannot send emails. I can receive emails. An error message  says 'auto blocked because of excessive emails?'  Error code 0x800ccc78. I tried phoning but after waiting 45 minutes my phone battery ran out. Please help me! It is urgent for my business work.

Hey Chris I understand this is for business purposes but is it a business email account? That error is typically caused from precisely what is says. How many emails did you send?

I use the email account quite a few times a day for personal and business use.

When I try to send an email it shows an error message with the code 0x800CCC78 and states that there is an "Auto blocked due to excessive email". I have cleared most of the Spam and Trash email in my Optus Webmail account but this doesn't help.

Yes that message is saying you are sending too many emails. Emptying the trash and spam folders wont help.

Please don't post personal info as it's not safe and its not permitted.
