Bluetooth not working with Oreo 8.0 for Sony Xperia XZ Premium

EDIT: I apparently didn't unpair my device properly. I've just fully unpaired and re-paired and we're goid to go 🙂

Hi guys,

My phone updated yesterday to Android 8.0, but my bluetooth is no longer pairing with my fitbit. I have tried everything to get it to reconnect, but nothing has worked and I'm frustrated

Apparently a fix came out for this but that doesn't help me if i have to wait for Optus to roll it out. What can i do in this situation? I shouldn't have to put up with this.

Re: Bluetooth not working with Oreo 8.0 for Sony Xperia XZ Premium

Hi @Shauna,

Today it has stopped working again, and won't even reconnect. So what i thought had been fixed, isn't 😞 is there a fix being released for the issues on this model phone? I'm a bit frustrated that the update has messed up my bluetooth.

Ah I'm not too sure to be honest, @AcidSummer. I'd recommend speaking with our tech support team on 131344 or Live Chat → https://www.optus.com.au/shop/notices/service-chat for this one!
