My Smsung Galaxy6 mobile fell into water for just under a second. It receives calls and texts but I cannot answer or reply/send as the screen remains blank. I placed it in dry rice overnight. Is there a reset sequence to reactivate the screen?
Sadly not, it sounds more like the LCD control was damaged by water. The dry rice technique might have worked if the device was left switched off.
