It a system that allows faster downloads basically.... Lot more behind it technically, but that's essentially it. My download speed went from 163Mbs before the upgrade to 304Mbs after the upgrade. Same location, same time of day. Upload also went from 22Mbs to 39Mbs.

When is the android 10 update for Note 10+ expected? The non optus note 10+ has already received it. Why is it taking optus so long to release the build?

It would be better to get the samsung device straight from samsung. Optus further delays the updates which are released by the vendor

The Tech team are away until mid Jan so there won't be any updates from our end until 2nd week of Jan. I've emailed the team asking for details around the note 10+

Just received an update for my Huawei Mate 20 pro.. thought it was a Christmas present from Optus.

However the same crap continues...

Optus gave us 9.1.0.354 instead of 10.0.0.154 which is clearly available.

Why do micro updates? Why not jump to Emui 10?

Never again Optus, once my contract is up I'm moving company.
