I recently downloaded an update for the My Optus Android App and for the past few days I get a system error when I try to check data usage.
This is a problem for me as I use it almost every day to ensure I don't go over.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared the cache. Restarting each time.
Presumably you have also set limits on your phone to warn and cut off data?
What model do you have? Try the uninstall and reinstall again - that should work.
Hi @L-L, once you download the app again, the first time use it on mobile data and not WiFi. Let us know how you go.
