I activated my prepaid sim 48 hours ago. Still not able to make calls. I called optus and was advised to check the status on my optus account. Says that I have "no active orders". I am not on twitter or Facebook.
I am unable to work from home until this prepaid sim is activated. Very disappointing and frustrating. Please help.
