G'day @aussieferg, so great to have you apart of the Optus family! Were you just having issues within your home? Depending on your house, there may be some variables that can interrupt connectivity.
We would be more than happy to look and advise further. I would recommend sending your services details and full address to our Messenger teams, whom will be able to run some checks and advise further. The teams are available 24/7 on the Optus App
Just in case as well, sometimes new services can take some adjusting to the network. I would recommend running through some Mobile Troubleshooting just to make sure everything was in spec for your handsets connection to the network.
