Nokia 5g red light

Ok so here is my issue . I’ve had 5g work fine for 1 month then all of a sudden no connection just a red solid light . Got on to Optus and they said it was the modem and sim . So they sent me out a new modem and sim and now I have 2 modems with red light on top . I have used the map for best signal and my closest tower is 600 meters away . The other 3k so I’m lost at this point and no one from Optus will call back !!! Any one else had this issue ?

If your modem is displaying a red light, it sounds like the modem is not detecting any signals. I would recommend trying the troubleshooting steps listed in our 5G Home Internet troubleshooting: Poor or no signal support page to see if this would get you back online.
