First 5g bill

My first month with 5g has been up and down ,unstable and now after first bill im totally sure Optus deals with dishonesty and will not fully explain at sign up .

I took the monthly option with first bill written in black and white on paper costing $270 ....

So first bill arrives and hello .... its jumped to $344 ... 

Upon calling ...the overseas useless person agrees to reduce bill in 24 hrs should have appeared ... 

3 days later still nothing .

So Optus ,ive signed with NBN and a company with Australian telephone persons .

 i intend to tell as many people as possible to NEVER USE OPTUS and do NOT  trust them .

Dealing with OPTUS is too hard and they dont care whether you stay with them or not .

OPTUS GOODBYE YOU SUCK
