Change new 5G Home Broadband plan from month-to-month to 24-month option before being billed
I have just received my Optus order confirmation for the 5G Home Broadband plan. It seems that they have chosen for me the month-to-month plan which incurs a $200 set up cost. I want to sign up for the 24-month plan which avoids that cost, but is more expensive to leave. When will I be billed, and will I have the option then to choose the 24-month plan

@Hidden I am guessing your user name is your mobile phone number. This is a public forum, as per the Red Writing on the side of this page you should not post public information and the Optus staff that post in here cannot access Accounts.
I suggest you edit your post and change your user name.
If you log into Optus Account you maybe able to see if a bill has been issued.
